Trend: European flavours in Middle Eastern cuisine

Middle Eastern cuisine is undergoing a transformation. European accents are increasingly appearing alongside traditional dishes. Polish products — including vegetable preserves, pickled cucumbers, cabbage, mushrooms and natural sauces — are becoming valued ingredients.

Restaurants in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Riyadh are introducing fusion menus: hummus with Polish olive oil, premium pierogi, European salads with grilled vegetables. Polish products are valued for their quality, taste and safety.

This is an excellent direction for expansion for companies such as Polwingo, which combine Polish culinary heritage with the global market.
